Millin' Around - Cruising the Gateway Area's River Heritage
From July 9 to August 27, enjoy a day of Milling Around for free. Every Saturday from 1pm-5pm, those who pre-register will tour three Gateway area attractions: Fulton and the Windmill; Clinton and The Sawmill; and Camanche and the Eco-Center. 80 people can register for the event.
As you register, you must leave your contact information as everyone will be broken into two groups of 40. One group of 40 (Group 1) will be directed to arrive at the Sawmill by 12:50pm and one group of 40 (Group 2) will meet at the Eco-Center in Camanche by 12:50.
The Sawmill group (Group 1) will be broken into two groups, Group 1a will go to the Windmill and Group 1b will tour the Sawmill. After 45 minutes, they will switch.
The Eco-Center group (Group 2) will be broken into two groups. Group 2a will take a boat ride for 50 minutes and Group 2b will enjoy the Eco-Center and other activities at Rock Creek for 50 minutes. They will switch.
After an hour and a half, the Group 1 will be bused to the Eco-Center where the Eco-Center group, Group 2, will return on the bus to Windmill/Sawmill. A 1.5 hour tour will commence again. The estimated end time with travel time is between 4:45-5pm.

Through a generous grant through the Curtis-Armstrong Foundation, this tour is FREE but only 80 people can tour each Saturday. Every Saturday, there are only 80 slots available and thus, you need to pre-register.
